Open structure design makes maintenance and application very easy and convenient.
GSF40 Concrete Separator Characteristics
1. Overall open structure design, can be directly poured concrete, never blocked.
2. Fastest treatment efficiency in industry, 10 times capacity higher than traditional concrete reclaimer. It only needs 8-10 minutes to wash and separate the whole concrete mixer truck(10-12m3).

4. Unique water fender design (Patent)
In concrete separator sewage bucket, we set 5 staggered water fenders up and down. Sand will be hold up by lower fenders when the sewage flows to the outlet. Besides,this staggered design can change the flow direction constantly and slow down the flow speed, so more conducive for sand sedimentation.Our sediment concentration of the sewage is much less than national standard,only 57£¥ of national standard.

6. Unique air seal bearing design(Patent)
The bearings are installed in the hollow shaft and sealed inside. During the shaft tilt work, the seriflux can not enter the interior of the hollow shaft because of the effect of atmosphere pressure. Thereby, the bearings are isolated completely from seriflux, effectively avoids being corroded by seriflux and reduces the clogging and abrasion,caused by the particles within the seriflux.The bearing service life will be extended twice.
